Missing Events on Guides Telemetry Dat

Hi,

when analyzing my Dynamics 365 Guides HoloLens data through the provided Dataverse table (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/analytics-overview) I find that randomly step duration values are missing and my first task first step index is also missing, resulting in shifting the complete measurements for the tasks and step indices one value up (see the attached picture).

Is this a known Issue?
Is there a chance it is caused by a weak internet connection?

yes I'm acutally parsing the JSON in Payload and make them columns. You can finde the same phenomenon also in the raw data:

Yes, the JSON I posted is straight from this source, exported as excel file. I found steps where (randomly) the duration is missing, and duplicate steps, and completely missing steps..

Hi Alex

The Guide Event table is the old table to capture data and you sould be referencing the Guide Session and Guide Step Session tables instead. See here for reference: docs.microsoft.com/.../analytics-data-collected

Do you see the same discrepancies in those tables?

Thanks for the hint, but I dont even get to the Dataverse Tables...

After Logging in to Power Apps, I can see the following

On opening the Guides, I get to this overview:

but never to the one shown in the documentation link you sent. Where to login to Dynamics 365?

It looks like you are still on an older version of Guides.

Can you please update both the backed (the solution) and the apps. You'll need to be on the latest version of the apps to work with the current version of the solution (see here: docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-apps-solution-compatibility)

Here are instructions for updating the backend: docs.microsoft.com/.../upgrade
