Cant delete posted sales invoice

Hello everyone,
 
I have a case with empty postes sales invoices so i should delete it. Action for delete is not active beside correct setup on sales &receivabels setup (allow document deletion....)?

    Have you confirmed that you have the necessary permissions to delete this table? Is this only happening to you or to all users?

    Hello @gdrenteria, yes we are all super users, also i tried on different clients envioremets, its same....on purchase side it works normally (we can delete it).
     
    Also, prinitg counter is not on zero value as system require.

    even BC allow posted invoice to be deleted, this is not recommended even value is zero. This will leave a gap in numbering and auditors don't like that.
    still, you could take a look at the following
     
    reload the sales receivable setup so BC ensure the set up is saved properly
    reopen or refresh the invoice to see if the deletion button is working.
     
    or
    check your permission setup if addition permission sets are assign to you that exclude the delete function

    The posted document should not be deleted, and we should create a credit memo/Invoices against the posted document to adjust the values.

    I simulated you situation and I can delete without any issue. Could you please tell me version of your client SaaS or On-Prem?
    Also you need after configuration check date of posted invoice and also printed them to be possible to delete it. Also SUPER permission is needed

    Hello @Tarik Jerkovic. We are on Saas enviorement, all of us has super permissions. Currently on veesion 24.1.18927.19282.
     
    Also we already printed this document, but still, delete action is inactive.
