Hi All,
we have a requirement of integration Dynamics 365 F.O with non microsoft onpremise point of sale system ( oracle )
if anyone of you have worked on such scenarios , request you to please provide pointers
as of now i need info for the below questions
1) D365 will be the master repository for all the products
2) how to maintain assortments and stores -- can we create stores and assortments in D365 and tag all the products or we have to maintain this info in POS system
3) pricing and promotions will be maintained in D365
4) how to handle the push and pull of information between online and non Microsoft on-premise POS systems
5) what will be the effective mode of communications real time service calls or asynchronous
