seeing origin account of activity in parent account history

Hello there!

When creating a new activity for a child account it rolls up to the parent company history. We need to see the activities origin company in the parent accounts history to differentiate between child account activities and parent account activities at first sight. How do we manage this?

Hi Amelie,

There is no OOB method to achieve it.

We can access the Activities view filter activity for this account.

Click the Activities view button, then select Include as This Record Only.

This will display only the activities of the current parent account.
