enterprise portal button not working

Dear Experts ;

Enterprise portal all the action pane buttons not working and unable to do anything no add no edit ! on browser i checked F12 consol showing errors once i click any button , attached photo

Hello Mohammed Alshafie,

Did things work fine before?

Do you see an error when you click a specific button or is there just nothing happening?

What AX2012 version do you operate and do you know if there are any customizations in the EP?

Thanks for your reply ; i use dynamics ax 2012 R3 , I didn't see any errors just when i click buttons nothing happening , yes before it was working fine , no customization

Check if SharePoint got upgraded through a Microsoft Update and is pending a full upgrade through psconfig. If after that issue still persists, update EP or deploy to a new web site to see if it is only specific to the deployment you have.
