Migration of Compliance Profiles between Dynamics Environments

Hi Everyone - I am trying to migrate Compliance Profiles between environments? Including related Purposes, Topics and Preference Center?

I used Configuration Migration Tool and Data Transponder but nothing seems to be working. Is there a way to migrate the Compliance Profiles, please share me the steps if you're able to do the same.

    Hi! Did you get any solution for this issue?
    I'm facing the same problem trying to export/import compliance profile and all the children to another environment. 
     
    But i'm out of ways of trying to do it now so i need some guidance!

    This is an old question, but answering it for future people's benefit.

    There's nothing special about compliance profiles. You can export and import those freely.
     
    Purposes and Topics have a custom API you need to call to create them. For purpose it is "msdynmkt_purposecreationandassociation". If you hit F12 in your browser and look at the network tab whilst you create one in the UI, you will see this. Your import will need to check if the matching purpose exists against the profile by name, and if it does not, it will need to use this custom API call to create it.
     
    So this means you can't do this with a simple import/export. You will need to script this.
