I have the admin rights. If I want to make some changes like hiding few fields on ESS page for other employees, how will I do that? is there any way to hide the fields at one go for everyone. I have done for myself.
There are two ways to hide fields on ESS:
Create and share personalisations (this blog post should help)
Edit the 'Employee' and 'Manager' security roles (which give access to ESS) to remove the features you don't want your users to see.
Personalisation will work but you need to be aware that users can make changes themselves (and reverse the bits you've hidden) - so it's less robust. Security roles will work better, but you need to have some knowledge of how to customise security roles.
