When I add my new entity and a form within that entity, activities is not available in the left side nav bar. Why not? I enabled my entity for activities.
I tried recreating the entity and the form but it still doesn't appear. My goal is to create and entity and form that closely resembles the case entity/form. The case form has an activities tab and I like to add that to my new entity form as well.
Why no Activities?
I understand you want to see related Activities but you may also need to Configure the entity for Activity feed Configuration & Activity Feed Rules like Case entity. To configure you may go to Settings > Activity Feeds Configuration & Settings > Activity Feeds Rules. I'm not sure this is the same idea. I'm talking about phone call activities, email, notes, etc. No so much a timeline.
