We are using Sales Accelerator for basic task management.  We are not using it for sequences.  However when a task is created on an account I am noticing that its not appearing in Sales Accelerator and I cannot figure out why.  Some tasks will show in Sales Accelerator and some will not and I cannot figure out why.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,
Do you mean the work list? Created task records not appearing in the list?
-The work list displays a list of records that are assigned to you or the security role you're associated with.
-The records display activities that are due for the current date—or pending from previous dates—that were created manually or through a sequence.
You mentioned that not all tasks don't show up, just some, right?
If so, you can check 'filters' of the work list:
--Use filters to prioritize the records in the work list so you can reach customers at the right time.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

Thank you for your response.  Yes I am referring to "my work list".  I have attached a screenshot to help explain what's happening.
You can see in the Activities timeline there are 3 manual activities that a user created for the account of Forvis.  However only one of these activities are appearing in the work list.
I have looked at filters and do not see any that would be causing the other 2 activities to not display in the work list.

    Hi Jamie,
It seems that it is by-design, only one activity can be shown.
When I try to edit the appearance of the work item, the area showing the activity cannot be edited.
