This might be a weird question but is there a report that can be run of all available class IDs with their field information? We have over a thousand and really want to do a deep clean, but it will be brutal to just go into them one at a time.

Which Class ID?
User, Item, Vendor, Customer, etc.

These are vendor class IDs.
Using SSMS, this will get you a list of vendors and their class IDs.
SELECT [VENDORID],[VENDNAME],[VNDCLSID] FROM [dbo].[PM00200] ORDER BY VENDORID
This will get you a list of class IDs.
SELECT [VNDCLSID],[VNDCLDSC] FROM [dbo].[PM00100] ORDER BY VNDCLSID
