I´m new with Dyn365 and now I´m working on it, our company had a sales person who left more than 01 year ago, so we need review all leads with only calls/emails and lost proposals to contact them again.
There is a way to filter the in a report (for example), open one by one and then schedule a new task for contact?
* the boss would like to know when (date) was the lastest call to a customer.
