Dynamics365 and Azure Information Protection Client

Hi,

Not sure which forum to post this in, apologies if in the wrong place.

So, we are struggling with uploading files to Dynamics that have been saved with an AIP label; AIP is a Microsoft product that we are using for DLP, and this is exactly the kind of data we need to protect, so really do not want to be turning this off.

Any suggestions at all?

    This thread is old as h**k but we have a similar issue. Emails with status internal can't be opened inside Dynamics 365 (formerly known as CRM to distinguish from other D365 products)

    Can you please add more detail to what you are struggling with when uploading files to Dynamics? Is there an error? Please describe in detail or add a screenshot of what you are experiencing.
