Hosted Form Re-direct URL not working

Hi There,

I'm attempting to host an event registration form on a marketing page and the redirect URL behavior is not working as expected.

When completing the form it should take you to a new page.

Currently when submitting the form you just get the success message and then it doesn't do anything.

Not sure if this behavior can be modified by altering the script that was used to inject the form (For some reason Dynamics Marketing does not let you host event registration forms on Marketing pages)

Hi Odetonoise,

Currently we need to paste script to HTML source code of marketing page manually.

However, success/error message and redirection behavior are still customizable.

In an event record, once we set marketing form field to a specific form record, when we back to the form, we will see a related marketing page record has been associated with the marketing form.

Then we can open that associated record and customize redirection URL in it.

Hey Clofly,

I found I was still seeing unexpected redirect behavior when using a portal.

I spun up a static Website in Azure and the redirect functioned as expected.

Not sure if I should open a case with MS or not.

Hi Odetonoise,

It seems that there is an internal issue to your portal, because the redirect behavior is OOB setting.

You could restart your portal to check whether the issue could be solved, if it still not works, please open a ticket for further assistance.
