facing problem in new UCI.

I am working on creating contact on account entity using HTML web resource. After creating HTML Web Resource, I was going to test code using debugger that time some error has occurred. Then I have done some changes in the previous code.
Once again going to test my code but, the code changes not reflected on the form. I have tried many times on three new trials but, the same thing has happened.

    Clear browser history.

    Hi partner,

    I also met this issue before, please refer to the following points.

    1. Please make sure that you have published your web resource.

    2. You could clear your caches and cookies and try again.

    3. You could log out your account and then login in again.

    Press ctrl+F5 to force refresh from server for latest files. This is same like clearing cache instead every time.

    For development, you can try incognito browser also.

    Make sure that the code changes are published and check the form again after clearing the cache on your internet browser.
