Hello,
Does anyone know how I can duplicate a company (AX2012 R3) taking all the master data, but not the transactions? (All Customers, Vendors, CoA etc)

You can use DIXF to copy data between companies. Please check this link for instructions on how to do this.
Hi Gunjan and thanks for your reply. Just to confirm what does "entity data" entails? Does this transfer master data only? or sales order, purchase orders etc are also transferred? Thanks again!
In the wizard, you will get a list of entities. Since you want to transfer master data only, you can select the only the entities corresponding to the master data you need to have copied to the new company - customers, vendors etc. Data will be copied to the new company as per the entities you have selected. If you don't select the entities for sales orders, purchase orders etc., they won't be copied over.
