But if you want to get a fast solution to solve merge/dedupe create OOB decuplication rules and schedule one or more OOB Jobs to detect duplicates, then manually merge/deupe duplicates records.
Otherwise if you want resolve by automation, you should take all considerations listed above about SSIS integrations and their features. You need one SSIS expert , consider also your SSIS architecture:
- Where run the SSIS dedupe jobs
- When run these jobs
- Which rules achieve during execution jobs
- Test your rules
- Analyze your load data and the size storage
- Estimate more-less the time and the effort
- Take Remarks about the future of your management data: prevention, record validation, secure data import etc...
Last possible solution find one ISV framework on the marketplace that could support you to dedupe.
