Hello,
Hope you are doing good!
We are facing an issue in providing Workflow history access to user where user can view all users workflow history.
We have tried with "View Workflow history" privilege and a new privilege created with Delete access on WorkFlowStatus display menu item but unable to see all users workflow history.
And the role system admin able to view all user workflow history.
Kindly provide any inputs here. Thanks!

The workflow history form has two faces. One for system administrators and one for users. The sys admins do have more options and can view all workflows. There is a filter on the user if he is not a system administrator. You would need a customization if a normal business user should be able to view more records than only his own workflows.
Can you try adding permissions to the underlying table as well and check if you are able to see the workflow history? For an example, for purchase order workflows, you can assign a privilege that gives access to to PurchTable.

You can try with the privilege WorkflowManageWorkflowInstances (label: :Maintain workflow instances") and see if that works.
