First-Party Integrations with other email platforms?

Hello!

I have a client that uses Dynamics as their CRM.

We are interested in streamlining their email marketing. They currently use Epsilon for email marketing, and Dynamics and Epsilon are not integrated, so a lot of manual processing of lists and sending data back-and-forth occurs.

What I'd like to know is:
- Is there a list of direct integrations that Dynamics has with other platforms, especially email platforms (ex. Marketo, Mailchimp, Bronto, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Are there any known integrations that are generally recommended over others?

In my research, so far the only platform I've found to have a direct first-party integration with Dynamics is Marketo.

A couple other notes:
- When I say direct integration, to be clear, I mean a connection that doesn't require a 3rd-party tool like Zapier.
- I'm aware that Dynamics does have it's own marketing product; I'm operating under the assumption that my client is unable to use that product for whatever reason.

Please let me know if you need any other clarifying information to provide what I'm looking for.

Thanks!

First-Party Integrations with other email platforms?

Dynamics 365 CRM has a direct (native) integration only with Marketo for email marketing. Other platforms like Mailchimp, emfluence, and Campaign Monitor require third-party add-ons (not native). If your client can’t use Dynamics Marketing, Marketo is the best-supported native option.

RE: First-Party Integrations with other email platforms?

    Hi Matt,

Alternatively, you could use Power Automate for integration, and it might still be regarded as first-party integration.(Only MS product and email platform.)

Number of flow run per month is based on different subscription plan, OOB connectors for Marketo and MailChimp are available by default  in Power Automate.

In addition, even if OOB connector for some of other popular email platform such as HubSpot is not provided yet, but it is possible to create custom connector in flow.

    Hi Matt,

Are you seeking for the feature which might be similar to this?

In other word, what you want is an email platform which has its built in Dynamics connector, right?
