Hi all,
I have requirement to upgrade system that is CRM 365 8.2.15.2 (windows server 2012 and SQL Server 2014) to latest version. Can anyone help me with questions below:
1. Is it latest version CRM ?

2. Can I upgrade on current servers (windows server 2012) ? or I need new servers ( windows server 2016) ?
3. Can provide any documents or useful links steps to upgrade and plans to install latest version CRM ?

2.Windows server 2012 is not supported for CRM v9. Windows Server 2016 operating system are supported for installing and running Dynamics 365 Server: Windows Server 2016 Standard and Windows Server 2016 Datacenter.
