Unable to Find Schedule Board Administration / Advanced Settings

I checked with a user having admin permissions, but we are still unable to find the Schedule Board Administration / advanced settings (like Schedule Board Settings or Extensions) in Dynamics 365.

Have these settings been removed or changed by Microsoft in the newer version?
Or is there any other way to access advanced Schedule Board configuration?

    Hello,
    Yes Microsoft didn’t really remove the advanced Schedule Board setup, but they did change how you get to it: the old Advanced Settings / Schedule Board Administration route is no longer the normal path in newer Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Microsoft says the old Advanced Settings flow now redirects to the Power Platform Environment Settings app instead of the older experience people used to open Schedule Board Settings records directly; the settings still exist in the msdyn_scheduleboardsetting table, and for deeper admin work Microsoft’s current path is the Schedule board settings management control inside the Field Service Extensions app under Board Management, where admins/customizers can copy boards, enable/disable them, and open the underlying board setting records for advanced configuration like filter layout, resource cell template, retrieve resource query, and default extensions.
