Customer Service portal - knowledgebase shows 404

Hi all,
 
I created a self service portal from template via power pages with knowledge base search functionality. I can access individual articles via "https://{my-org}.powerappsportals.com/en-us/knowledgebase/article/{article-num}" but I cannot access knowledge base browser (see screenshot). Where might be the problem?
