Integration Manager 12 SOP Transaction - Price Level Not Defaulted

I am trying to integrate some narrative items and receive the error "DOC 1 ERROR: Price Level has not defaulted for Line Item".

When manually entering the sales invoice the Price Level field is disabled. I have the Item Detail node in the Destination Mappings set to Use Field Rules.

What am I missing?

    I've been able to work around this problem by extending the integration with VBA, but this is never my preferred option if there is something built in which I can use.

    Why is the Price Level field disabled?

    Price Level is always disabled for a narrative item.

    I know this is old, but I just ran across the same issue and found a solution within GP.  If you set up a dummy default price level in Setup->Sales->Receivables it doesn't throw the error when importing non-inventory items in Sales Transaction Entry.
