Customer Insights segments issue with real-time journey

Hi,

we generated segments in customer insights and exported them to dynamics marketing.

However during the real-time journey creation we ran into following issue:

Any idea what causes this issue?

    Hi, 

    Thanks for the query! This issue takes place when there is a mismatch in the audience type (contact, lead or CI customer profile) used for the journey and the audience type (contact, lead or CI customer profile) whose entity attributes are used as personalization fields in the selected email in the journey. In your example, since you're using a customer insights segment for the journey, the audience type for the journey would be "Customer insights profile" (see screenshot below for reference).

     However, your email ("ProductRecommendation E-mailma") might be leveraging personalization fields based on other audience entities like the contact or lead entity. If you make sure that only attributes from the customer profile entity are used as personalization fields in the email, this error should not occur.
