Imported Free text invoice lines through DIXF/DMF are not visible in Ax 2012 R3

I am using DIXF to import free text invoices in AX 2012 R3 version. Below is the sample fields i am using to import.

There is no error after import process completed. Free text invoice header is created, but no invoice lines. IS any one facing same issue ? What are fields i am missing in imported file.
Note : I am doing import process for indian legal entity.

Have you setup all the references related to header correctly?
