Suddenly I cannot log on to the Azure-based Dynamics AX 7 base URL in the provided VM from Microsoft.

URL : usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/

User: administrator@contosoax7.onmicrosoft.com

It says: Your account is temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized use. Try again later, and if you still have trouble, contact your support person.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue? Or, are we really eligible to fix this or anyone else have faced the same issue here before?

Please help.

Hi Andre, you are spot on.

My company has MSDN subscriptions and on the basis of that we could create few Office 365 E3 accounts and tried logging in with those accounts, and it worked for us.

One of the account was upgraded to administrative privilege using that admin provisioning tool.
