How can I request a demo instance be added to a D365 CE trial environment?

I have a demo environment of D365 (created using https://demos.microsoft.com) and want to add a Market Insights demo to it and then link it to the CE system.

I have previously been able to request this - I have done it that way in the past. I can't seem to do it now. The web page it directs you to does not allow the request to be entered.

Is there another way?

We currently offer only the sign-up for Market Insights Alerts, just click on "Start free" on our website https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/market-insights/. The Market Insights trial experience is currently not available. Please note that Market Insights will not support the link-to-CRM feature going forward.
