Exporting default customization is not bringing up all the fields including the unmodified ones

Hi,

we are trying to download default customization for crm online. we have noticed some of fields for most (if not all) custom entities are not present in customization.xml. we have tried to create a small crm solution with only the missing fields for some entities. we exported the solution and found out all the fields has an extra attribute unmodifield="1" associated with them. we suspect this is the reason why the fields are missing in the customization.xml in the default solution. has any one encountered the problem? if so can you recommend a way so that the default solution includes all the attribute no matter what.
