
I have customer voice set up with Dynamics and Power automate.
I can see survey has been "sent" but it never arrives in my inbox? I have my Exchange admins for my company tracing everything and they are saying it never gets to us.
But when I use my personal email I get it instantly.
But my company is saying it is not in our spam filter, it is never comping into the network?? I have verified they show as sent in Customer voice management site and power automate is successfully sending.
I have triple checked the email addresses.
Any idea how/why the survey would not get to me?
