Two things changed, not sure why:
1. When i am in my Sales app UI, and click on Leads in my left navigation pane, i no longer see a View, I now see
What happened?
The other thing that happened at the same time is that the headers on all my Forms are suddenly very expanded:
how can i reverse these.

Can you please open model drivel app designer to check the configuration for Sales sub area.
For second issue please check if High density Header is selected on the form
