Dynamics 365 App For Outlook on Outlook application

Hi,

Facing issues with Dynamics 365 App For Outlook as below - 

1. Whenever I try to track an Email and set Regarding, it remains in Pending state for a long time. Whenever I try to check back again, it has failed.

2. Then I try to re-track again and then it gets tracked.

However, it all works fine in OWA and have no issues tracking items/setting Regarding.
