Enabling default financial dimensions

Hello,

I am having some difficulties enabling financial dimensions by default. The message in D365HR states that I have to enable them in the HR shared parameters however when I attempted to do so, it did not seem to stick. Below is the screenshot of the page :

Is there another way to activate the financial dimensions ?
