Hello,
So with the new Wave 2, we have enabled the option for users to select what needs to be created on Lead Qualification.
However we need the Opportunity to be defaulted to Yes in the dialog box.
Is there any way to do so?

Unfortunately, there is no supported method to achieve it.
Another user has shared an Idea for this, you can vote for it. The Microsoft dev team values high-vote Ideas and will consider developing to implement them.
