Hey guys,

Currently we use;

Excel for Budget's and Forecasting
D365 F&O Financial Reporter for Finance Reports, and then
Excel for Consolidating reports

We are keen to move away from such an Excel heavy practices (which comes with it the risk of formula errors, manual handling, etc.) and move to something more reliable. We are currently in the process of scoping out Dynamics 365 Finance - Solver (solverglobal.com) (see also Solver CPM for Dynamics 365 Finance | Microsoft AppSource) though we are looking for other suggestions from the community on what you use.

Wishlist items we are hoping to achieve are;

Set up in conjunction with Data Lake
Consolidations
Financial reporting, incl. potentially replacing D365 F&O Financial Reports, dependency on Power Query, etc.
Forecasting
Budgeting
Board pack standardisation/automation
Automated KPI’s - potential, depends on integration with other software’s
Upload of historical data
Other reports as required
