HTML for Portal Login Page

I have a discrepancy between my Prod and Sandbox login page to the Dynamics 365 Portal. It appears to be in the Header section. When I view the source of each page I see the difference but I cannot locate the HTML to change it. Any ideas?

Specifically my Sandbox shows just "Sign In" in the header while my Prod shows the Home icon, a link to "My Support" page and "Sign In".

Thanks for this info but the area I am concerned with is the Primary Navigation not Page Copy. I will try to create a content snippet for this area.

This still doesn't explain the difference between what we have in Prod vs what is in Sandbox. Any ideas?

Hi DawnK,

For Portal of Dynamics 365 online environment, Sign in page HTML code is not accessible because type of its Page Template is Rewrite type compared with Web Templates type.

The operation we could perform on the page is just changing its appearance instead of layout of whole page.

By adding a special content snippet Account/SignIn/PageCopy, then you could write custom JS code (jquery is supported) to overwrite appearance of elements on the page.

In my example, I changed backgroud of Sign in with external account button:
