Hi all,
Apologies if this question has been asked before now, I can't find anything in detail about this on the internet.
I have a Dynamics CRM platform and I need to monitor access. When i say access i don't mean who logs into it via AAD, I need to monitor granular access for individual pages. For Example, if i have an entity record of a certain type and I want monitor access to a specific record.
Is this possible? I don't mind if i have to turn on logging capabilities for all recorrds, as long as I can see logs for a specific record.
Also, how would i do this?
I have tried enabling auditting in the settings of the platform - As per this guide - but I haven't seen the logs I need come through to my Sentinel instance yet
Hi LiamWBA,
As per my very little knowledge after enabling logs you can see
but you can not see who read the record. For this functionality, you need to make enhancements. In other words, you need to extend your system.
For example
When someone opened the record. Add one to the counter with the user name...
If I answer your question then please mark it as verified.
Let me know if I can provide you with more details.
Thanks
