I know how to add amount in Gift card through AX - Call Center Module.
What I don't know is how to add amount in Gift card through Retail POS.
If somebody knows how to do this, please help me out.

Found the answer myself, "Add to Gift Card"
In order to add amount to Gift card through Retail POS, follow the below steps:
Add a new button in Retail POS - >
Select the operation - > Add to Gift Card
Enter the Gift card number and Amount
This will now show as an item in your cart in Retail POS and you can pay the amount through your any of your payment methods:
After that you can check your Gift Card balance to ensure that the amount has been added:
If anybody else is having any problems with adding amount to Gift Card through Retail POS, I hope this would help them out.
