HI,
We have seen a number of issues with signatures for the last while. We have some graphics in the signature which sometimes prevents it from rendering in Case replies.
Some of our Service team have also been creating their own personal signatures which has also caused issues.
The question I have is, where can I turn off permissions for users to create their own personal signature? I have taken a good look and cant see it under any particular security role.

There's a security role named as "Email signature" within dynamics CRM you can check by removing the permission for Create if this helps in restricting in creation of new signature.
