Hi. We are working with Dynamics CRM 2013. We have created a Mail Merge template that we would like to use. If we are standing on a Quote post in the CRM system and click PRINT QUOTE FOR CUSTOMER and choose our template and click download a document called Mail_Merge_nnnnn.doc starts to download. Is there anyway to change the name of the automaticly downloaded document to the name of for example the quote?

There are many ways to rename a file in Windows. The easiest method is to right-click on the file and select Rename. This will allow you to type a new name for your file and press enter to finish renaming it.
