Is it possible to assign record level securities under Activities? For example, User A can see Activities 1,2,4. Only User B can see Activity 3.

    Hi Shawn Selvam,

XDS has not changed since 2012, so everything in that doc is valid, except screenshots, because IDE is different.

    Hi ievgen Miroshnikov,

Thanks for the response. The article and white paper mentioned relates to AX2012.

Is it applicable to dynamics 365? The scenario mentioned in the question is for Dynamics 365 Activities.

    Hi Shawn Selvam,

Record level security was depricated in AX 2012, and XDS should be used instead. You can assign different roles to user A and B and restrict this roles to see only specific activites. For complex scenarious you can create a setup that will control XDS police, please refer to white paper
