AOS crashes when trying to compare objects in AOT

Hi All,

When I am trying to compare objects in AOT, AOS crashes. The windows event log on sever showing the following error:

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\clr.dll

and the below error is generated from .NET runtime:

Application: Ax32Serv.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 000007FEF9591BD2 (000007FEF9460000) with exit code 80131506.

Has anyone faced similar issue before and what could be the resolution?

check if you have enough RAM available both on AOS and DB server. is there any stress on it?
