Can we create a business process flow which travels from 'Case' to 'Parent Account' ?

    Hi,

    You cant, because the Account doesnt have case field.

    Here are the requirements-

    1. Case are automatically created in our application .

    2. User logs in and opens a specific case. He/She reviews the case info and fills some information in BPF ( Stage 1 - Case Entity)

    3. Next , user now moves to the parent account by selecting 'Next stage' (Stage 2 - Account) on BPF. Account form loads and user fills some info.

    4. Next, User clicks next stage on BPF and it moves to Stage 3 ( Case form).  User closes the case.

    So the BPF stages are :

    Stage 1 (Case) > Stage 2 (Parent Account) > Stage 3 ( Case).
