I need some help with Entity Form.
I created a form in my application, and when associate in Dynamic Portals return ERROR
So, in the message do not have nothing that help what to do.
In addition to that make sure you are able to create record using that form in CRM web applicaiton.

Check if you have added the same field twice on the same form? This is the most common cause. If not this then there must be some required field missing on your entity form.
You can also go through the multiple options available to enable error logging-
