cannot export a big size report to Excel

Hi, 

I cannot export a report with big size to Excel, I receive the error below :

can someone help me please?

    What report/file is that and how many records do you plan to export to Excel?

    Hi,

    You can now have export 1 million rows to Excel, below you can find the link which explains:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../export-more-rows

    You can ask your system administrator to Navigate to System administration>>Set up>>Client Performance options>>Increase the maximum number of rows to export to excel.

    the report is in screenshot below :

    and I checked the ystem administration>>Set up>>Client Performance options and it is set to 0, please see screenshot below

    Could you increase the number to the largest and check i fyou are able to export.

    Always the same error cannot export the report to Excel,
