I have a custom field created in Contacts entity called 'Προσφ?νηση', that Greek for a specifc type of salutation
The field is used in an email template (that is automaticaly send when a Case is created) but does not get popoulated. Could you pls take a look at my setup (pic 1) and the result I get (pic 2)?
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
