How to import up to 32 MB .zip file. with Notes Attachments

Hi

I want to import up to 32 zip file.

Settings --> Data management --> Import bus unable to import up tp 32 MB file.

What i have to do...

Not only Excel file

Step 1: Create Xcel file

Step 2: Mention to Title, File Name etc ..

Step 3: Convert to csv

Step 4: Create attachment folder

Step 5: Add in attachment file

Step 6: select CSV and Attachment folder

Step 7: Convert to zip

Step 8: then try to import

    You can also SSIS KingswaySoft to do the data integration as well

    Hi Jacky,

    Please refer to the following documentation:

    Import contacts into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs

    In which you can find a statement saying that:

    The maximum file size allowed for .zip files is 32 MB. For the other file formats, the maximum file size allowed is 8 MB.

     

    Here are two solutions:

    1. Split your .zip file into multiple files.

     

    1. Try to import with DataImport++ in XrmToolBox.
