Hi,

Is there anyone who installed Precision forms/Create!Forms from bottomline technologies to Dynamics AX?

I am having a setup issue and would be really helpful if someone can guide me.

I am trying to setup Create!Forms (a product from Bottomline Technologies newly termed as Precision forms also) for generating invoices, picking list, packing list documents in Dynamics AX.

All the parameters for the printer are set properly but still we are unable to generate a test report.

Settings are:

Below is the queue error message when the report is run.

Could anyone make out what went wrong in this?

    Hi,

    Just to give a detailed understanding...

    We are running  a test run after doing server settings i.e. in PrecisionForms/Create!Forms Server.

    The settings are as suggested in the user manual given by the manufacturer.

    A merged PDF has to be generated in Preview folder from the XML file but is not getting generated.

    if anyone has any more questions in understanding this issue, please feel free to ask me.

    Hi Lakshmi,

    I do understand this is an add-on which should be possible to integrate with AX. You have bought it from a vendor. You can better ask this vendor or Bottomline Technologies (maybe the same for you) to help you out. I don't know this product. The screenshots you have included seems to be not related to AX.
