Email Report Periodically through Batch Job Issue

I have a requirement from the user to send him through email Critical On-Hand Report every week at specific time. To achieve this I did the following steps:

1. Opened the report and changed print destination settings to Email

2. Entered user's email address in 'To', added subject and changed the file format to 'PDF'

3. Clicked on 'Batch' tab of report dialog and clicked 'Batch processing' and then clicked 'Recurrence' to schedule the report to be sent on a specific day of week at a specific time.

4. Clicked 'OK' and got this message success message that 'The Critical on-hand inventory job is added to the batch queue.'

When I am checking this job in Batch job form it is showing 'Ended' but the report is not going through to user. I have checked email parameters as well and they are working fine.

I also checked 'Sent items' in mailbox of the emal address setup in Email parameters but nothing there also. 

Can anyone let me know if there is anything missing to be setup?

    Hello Haroon,

    It seems, your email configuration batch job has some missing setups. Did you check "batch email sending status" 》 screen under system administration module?

    If you are using D365 then check the below Microsoft docs:

    I'm assuming that you haven't done any customization on the report.

    You can go over this  MSFT link  for setting/verifying that email batch job configured properly.

    If everything configured correctly then check SysOutgoingEmailTable  & its method .

    Hi Haroon,

    Have you checked if the email distributor batch job has been setup? It is under System administrator > Periodic > E-mail processing > Batch.

    Also, please check the status of mail (Sent or not sent) in this link - System administrator > Periodic > E-mail processing > E-mail sending status.
