There is a PArtially Shipped page, which uses the following filter set:

    - document type=order

    - status=released

    - ship=yes

    - completely shipped=No

    - shipment data=date filter

    Does this help?

If you want to know number of partially shipped sales orders, you can do as Gunther Coppnes said if you use RTC client. If you use classic client, you can apply these filters on Sales Header table. If you know, you can make simply report based on Sales Header table and apply these filters on report.

In your standard order-page (list and card), press Navigate -> Shipments; here you'll get a list containing all shipments created and based on that order.

Also in your order-lines you have the field "Quantity Shipped".
