I want to change the sentiment value of a facebook post which was qualified as negative by MSL but it should be Neutral. I did the following, but MSL keeps showing the post as Negative:

On the nav bar, click on Microsoft Social Listening > Facebook Pages.

Click on Facebook Pages > Posts.

Select "Neutral" in the sentiment value drop-down list on the right-hand side of the post.
When I go back to the posts page, the post is still Negative.
Questions:
1. Why the manual change of sentiment is not working?
2. If the sentiment change were applied, MSL will change the overall sentiment index?
