Unable to change sentiment value of a facebook post in MSL

I want to change the sentiment value of a facebook post which was qualified as negative by MSL but it should be Neutral. I did the following, but MSL keeps showing the post as Negative:

  1. On the nav bar, click on Microsoft Social Listening > Facebook Pages.

  2. Click on Facebook Pages > Posts.

  3. Select "Neutral" in the sentiment value drop-down list on the right-hand side of the post.

When I go back to the posts page, the post is still Negative.

Questions:

1. Why the manual change of sentiment is not working?

2. If the sentiment change were applied, MSL will change the overall sentiment index?

I have the same question (0)

I can confirm the same is happening to me, so I hope someone can give an explanation about it.

About the second question yes, Microsoft Social Listening change the overall sentiment index if single posts are qualified with a different sentiment.

Hi Manuel, I've created a support ticket about this, the answer was that this is an identified problem that will be solved with an update scheduled by April.
