We are using Dynamics 365 Customer Service for 2 weeks now and there is another flaw that I would like to know how can we sort this out.
My chat is set up to close at 5:00pm and after that time, a message with an email address and a url to the contact page will appear on the chat window, so no possibility whatsoever for the user to type anything.
So, I was testing yesterday and I start a chat at 4:59pm. Firstly, none of my agents received the notification of the chat, but also, after the closing time the chat was still open and I could type any message I wanted.
The chat itself never close automatically after 5:00pm.
My question here is:
How to make sure anyone that has the chat open after 5:00pm will be disconnected automatically?
